Rather than organize by outfit or pants/shirts/shorts we found that organizing by softness and comfort was most effective. Super sensory days get super soft and comfy bottom drawer selection; ok days might get middle drawer – sweats and t-shirts, and jeans and button up shirts get the top drawer (to be worn when our kiddo can). This makes dressing easy, but also lets us know the kind of day it might be if only soft clothes are worn.
